OEM in Detail

Step by step, with certainty.

Female figures, creature sculpture, complex texture, casting of transparent parts — plus facial painting, special coats and skin tones. Customers who need this kind of work are exactly who we serve. From intake to shipping, we walk through all ten stages with real examples.

STEP 01

Intake (data / physical master)

Intake (data / physical master)

We receive your files — 3D data such as ZTL or OBJ — as well as physical masters sculpted in oil clay, stone clay and similar media.

STEP 02

Splitting

Splitting

Splitting

Splitting

The work is split into parts. Splitting is essential for molding, and professional splitting pre-empts many production issues. Its quality decides how precisely the model assembles and how refined it looks. Physical masters are split by hand.

STEP 03

3D printing (red wax)

3D printing (red wax)

Many materials are available, but figures are generally printed in red wax for the highest precision. Quality 3D printing reproduces the work's detail to the fullest. (Physical masters skip this step.)

The printed red-wax parts are molded and recast as white resin parts.

Flaws are invisible on white parts, so we spray grey primer to reveal bubbles and parting lines, then repair everything by hand to create the master parts.

Parts are replicated from the masters and packed as-is — that is a garage kit. Kit commissions are complete at this stage.

We paint against your sample, or work from the images and references you specify.

The colour sample is the standard for mass production. Once you sign off, every production unit is reproduced faithfully against it. Making multiple, perfectly identical colour samples is itself proof of professionalism.
